I'm Jen-L, a certified psychic medium, healer, and licensed massage therapist in the Littleton area. My work lives where the body softens and the spirit speaks: therapeutic bodywork braided with grounded, honest intuitive guidance.
Some clients come for tight shoulders and leave having released more than muscle. Others arrive to reconnect with someone they love in spirit and find their body finally exhaling. Both are welcome. Both are held.

When I'm not holding space at the table, you'll most likely find me off-grid on my dirt bike or hiking in the mountains, away from distractions and immersed in the quiet and the freedom. That same grounded, free-spirited energy carries right back into my practice.
